The SCWH is part of Baxter Health's effort to provide superior healthcare for women at all stages of their lives. At the Schliemann Center for Women's Health, our goals are:
Classes and support groups offered at the center focus on such topics as babysitting, breastfeeding, childbirth, menopause, nutrition, wellness and heart health. Programs offered throughout the year include Girls' Night Out, Teen Girls Go To College, Tell Your Mom, Working Women in the Know, and Schliemann Learning Sessions. The SCWH is located just across Hospital Drive from the Baxter Health Main Entrance and is open Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Prenatal Classes:
Childbirth – 2nd Saturday of every month, 9 a.m.
Breastfeeding – 3rd Tuesday of every month, 5:30 p.m.
Groups:
Breastfeeding Support & Tips for Successful Nursing – every Tuesday,

Heart Healthy Women – 2nd Thursday of every month, 1 p.m.
Infant Loss & Support – 1st Thursday of every month, 5:30 p.m.
Novel Women Book Club – 3rd Wednesday of the month, 1 p.m.
Exercise:
Beginning Steps for Line Dancing - every Tuesday, 1:30 p.m.
Cardio Kickboxing and Strength Training - every Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 p.m.
Dance! - every Monday and Wednesday 4:15 p.m.
Heart Healthy Exercise - every Wednesday, 10 a.m.
Heart Healthy Line Dancing – every Tuesday 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.
Before joining the SCWH staff, Stefany Isham was the Coordinator for the Baxter Health Breast Imaging Center and Mobile Mammography Unit, bringing with her a passion for women’s health. Stefany also brings many years of experience working in public relations, community outreach, and event planning after 15 years on The Baxter Bulletin staff.
Raised in Southern California, Stefany moved to the Twin Lakes area in 1996 and resides in Mountain Home with her husband, David, their Chihuahua, Ella, and daughter, Olivia. She is a graduate of Arkansas State University – Mountain Home, and in her spare time enjoys relaxing with the family, spending time outdoors, and being creative around the home.
